Exceptional experiences don’t happen by accident.
They are designed with intention, built around the people experiencing them and supported by everything happening behind the scenes.
We help bring important experiences to life - leading the whole thing, working alongside your existing team or stepping into the places where experienced support will make the greatest difference.
You bring the idea, the objective or even the challenge. We help turn it into an experience people remember.
From concept to delivery — or anywhere in between.
We can lead the whole experience, work alongside your team or take ownership of one critical piece — with the scope shaped around where our involvement will make the greatest impact.
What could we create together?
The format can change completely. The standard doesn’t.
Corporate Events
Conferences, leadership gatherings, celebrations, client experiences and internal events that deserve to feel like more than another date in the calendar.
Trade Shows & Brand Experiences
From strategy and activation through to onsite representation helping your physical presence actually feel like your brand.
Team & Leadership Experiences
Bringing people together with intention, whether the objective is connection, celebration, alignment, learning or something that needs to shift.
Membership & Community Experiences
Online or in-person experiences designed to deepen connection, participation and belonging not simply fill the content calendar.
Tours & Curated Experiences
From executive study tours to hosted programs and multi-day experiences where the journey itself becomes part of the story.
Special Events & Moments That Matter
Gala dinners, ceremonies, launches, awards and those occasions where ordinary simply isn’t good enough.
The experience starts long before anyone walks through the door.
A great event isn’t created by adding a few memorable moments to a run sheet.
It comes from understanding the whole experience.
The details nobody notices when they work.
And the moments people will remember when it’s over.
That’s why we look at the event as one connected ecosystem rather than a collection of individual tasks.
Because when everything works together, the experience feels effortless even when what’s happening behind the scenes is anything but.
Bring us in where you need us.
Lead it.
We take responsibility for shaping and delivering the experience from concept through execution.
Partner on it.
We work alongside your existing team, bringing senior experience, additional capability and another set of eyes across the whole picture.
Strengthen it.
We step into a specific area — strategy, guest experience, operations, programming, team coordination or live delivery — where experienced support can change the outcome.
Have something important to bring to life?
Tell us what you’re creating.
We’ll work out what it needs, where we can add the most value and how to make the experience anything but ordinary.
Ready to take your event, experience or community from Good to EXCEPTIONAL?
You don’t always need more hands. Sometimes you need the right brain in the room.
Most consulting starts with the problem in front of you.
I’m more interested in the lever that takes you from good to exceptional.
Because expectations are high. Attention is short. People have seen a lot. A perfectly competent event can disappear into a forgotten Instagram Story within hours.
Exceptional is different.
Exceptional gets talked about. Shared. Remembered. It creates stories people repeat and experiences they want to come back to.
That’s where my ecosystem brain comes in.
I look for patterns, ripple effects, disconnects and the places where one smart change can shift the whole experience.
The thing that looks like the problem is often only the symptom.
I want to know:
What’s the problem before the problem?
What’s disconnected — or simply not landing?
What have people stopped noticing because “that’s just how we do it”?
Where is the friction?
Where is the opportunity?
And what happens if we pull this lever instead?
An event can run perfectly to plan and still leave everyone feeling absolutely nothing. The organiser is left wondering why all that work somehow didn’t land the way they expected.
There is a big difference between looking good on paper and creating an experience that works in the real world.
That’s the difference between “that was nice” and “you should have been there.”
And I’m not particularly interested in helping you go from fine to slightly better.
I want to find what could make it exceptional.
See what’s missing. Find what’s possible.
Twenty-five years across events, operations, guest experience, communities and business building gives me a deep bank of experience to draw from.
I zoom out far enough to see the business, the people and the entire experience ecosystem, then zoom all the way in to the tiny moment where something is being won or lost.
That might mean rethinking the concept, redesigning the guest journey, changing the operating model, strengthening the team structure or fixing the way information flows.
It might mean realising your membership doesn’t need more content — it needs more connection.
Or spotting a much bigger opportunity that nobody has seen yet.
And yes, the bottom line matters too.
An exceptional experience should feel good.
It should also do something.
Strengthen loyalty. Grow attendance. Improve retention. Create advocacy. Increase revenue. Reduce waste. Open new opportunities. Give people a reason to come back.
I’ve seen what happens when those pieces are designed to work together — including helping one event business increase profitability by 150% over two years.
So I care about both sides of the equation:
What did people experience?
And what did that experience create for the business?
Bring me the challenge.
You might need one conversation that changes the way you see the problem.
Or you might need me to get right inside the business, pull things apart, challenge assumptions and help rebuild the experience in a way that works better for everyone involved.
Either way, we start with curiosity not a cookie-cutter answer.
What is really happening here?
What are we missing?
And what could this become if we stopped settling for good?
What if you had an experienced event & experience brain in your business all year?
Someone who knows your business, understands what you’re building and can move from “What should we do?” to “Great. Let’s make it happen.”
The work changes. The partnership stays.
One month we might shape your event strategy. The next, build a membership experience, develop an online event, strengthen a team experience or make your trade show investment work harder. Later, I might be onsite helping deliver what we planned together.
Because your business doesn’t need the same thing every month.
That’s the point.
You’re not buying a package. You’re gaining a partner.
No rigid monthly deliverables. We decide where my thinking, time and experience will create the greatest value — then adapt as your priorities change.
Strategy when you need a brain.
Delivery when you need hands.
Experience when you need both.
Twenty-five years of experience can help you get to the answer faster, avoid expensive mistakes and spot opportunities you may never have considered.
And sometimes the biggest value isn’t helping you execute what you already planned.
It’s seeing what else is possible.
Flexible by design. Clear by agreement.
Each partnership has a clear monthly investment, agreed access and defined rates for strategy, implementation and live delivery.
Need less this month because something big is coming later? We can plan for that too.
You get flexibility without uncertainty and experienced support already inside your world when it matters.
From regular strategic input to a more embedded fractional partner, we shape the relationship around how much access and support your business needs.
